The acquisition strengthens CEAMSA’s citrus fiber solutions offering and supports its long-term growth strategy.
CEAMSA, a company specializing in texturizing solutions, has acquired the fiber line and associated intellectual property of PeelPioneers, a company based in the Netherlands, as part of its strategy to offer a comprehensive and differentiated portfolio of fiber solutions.
With this acquisition, CEAMSA reaffirms its commitment to citrus fiber as a natural ingredient with unique functional properties and consolidates its position as a leading player in the international fiber and texturizing market. The addition of this technology and expertise significantly strengthens CEAMSA’s value proposition and expands its capacity to offer innovative, sustainable, and high-performance solutions to its customers.
CEAMSA is an international manufacturer of texturizing ingredients with a strong industrial and technological track record. The company generates annual revenues of approximately €200 million and employs more than 450 people worldwide. Thanks to its industrial scale, deep technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality, CEAMSA is positioning itself as a global leader in the development and production of functional ingredients.
PeelPioneers, a Dutch company founded in 2017, was dedicated to circular economy activities, such as transforming citrus peels into food ingredients.
