From October 7th to 9th, Fira de Barcelona will host Biospain 2025, Spain’s leading biotechnology event and one of the most important in Europe. Galicia will be represented by its largest delegation to date, led by BIOGA, with the participation of around 50 Galician companies and organizations and nearly 100 professionals traveling to represent them.

Among the partner companies that are part of the delegation are: TEMPoS, UNIRISCO, LIBERABIO, ALBOR BIOTECH, ELECTROGALICIA, UN-EM, ITERIA BIOPHARMA, BAHÍA SOFTWARE, PIB GROUP IBERIA, CENTRO TECNOLÓGICO GRADIANT, BATEA ONCOLOGY, VIVOARCHITECT, CETIM TECHNOLOGICAL CENTRE, ANFACO-CYTMA, NOWTURE, SYSPRO AUTOMATION, DIVERSA TECHNOLOGIES, GALCHIMIA, LINKNOVATE and SCIENCE AND LINK INNOVATION OFFICE.

In addition, the delegation will include representatives from other BIOGA member companies such as MESTRELAB RESEARCH, BIOSTATECH, LINCBIOTEC, HERRERO & ASOCIADOS, BIOREPOS, BFLOW, ZENDAL, CEAMSA, AMSLAB, AYMING, INBISTRA and AINIA, expanding Galicia’s representation and reach at the meeting.

The Galician delegation aims to showcase the talent, innovation, and opportunities of the Galician biotechnology ecosystem, inviting attendees to visit the Galicia Stand to learn firsthand about the projects and capabilities of the participating companies and entities.

The preparation of this Galicia Bio delegation, under the motto “The best way in Biotechnology”, has been coordinated with key institutions such as the Xunta de Galicia, with representatives of the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN), the Axencia de Coñecemento en Saúde (ACIS), as well as BIOGA, the Galician Health Cluster (CSG), VIRATEC and the Galician universities: Universidade da Coruña, Universidade de Santiago de Compostela and University of Vigo.

Attendees will discover innovation in healthcare, applied biotechnology, software, technology platforms, and sustainability, as well as interact with research and development teams, explore prototypes, and discover future solutions. This is a unique opportunity to network and forge potential strategic collaborations.
