This seminar is aimed at scientists, entrepreneurs, business owners and community managers who want to learn more about using LinkedIn both as a networking tool for a professional profile and as a corporate branding tool for their company page.
Workshop objectives:
- To delve deeper into the use of LinkedIn both as a networking tool for a professional profile and as a corporate branding tool for a company page
- Questions about publishing content
- Understanding the different uses of the tool and how to enhance networking activities, boost personal branding, and improve corporate branding.
- It is recommended to attend with the LinkedIn application installed on your mobile phone.
EXPLORING YOUR PLAN B: Discover your skills to define your new professional profile (5:30 p.m.)
In this workshop we will work on very practical self-knowledge tools that will allow us to identify our own skills and how to explore, based on them, new professional horizons.
We will combine individual and group exercises to leave the session with the necessary foundations to identify what our next professional step should be and how to communicate who we are in our CV and LinkedIn profile.
This workshop is designed for any professional who is looking for a change.

Manolo Castellano
Manolo is a selection consultant for R&D companies and a career advisor for scientists and researchers.
After fifteen years as a research professional, Manolo transitioned to entrepreneurship and consulting, founding Alternative Scientific Careers, a career guidance platform for scientists and researchers. Following his time in career guidance, he founded Scientific Talent, a boutique recruitment and selection firm specializing in scientific and technical profiles for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Manolo has delivered numerous seminars and workshops on employability and entrepreneurship to over 3,000 scientists at more than 40 public and private institutions worldwide. He also frequently participates in forums on networking, scientific entrepreneurship, and employability, and hosts Alternative Scientific Careers, a podcast about career paths for scientists and researchers, and Exploring Scientific Talent, a program about biotech, entrepreneurship, and headhunting.
