La compa\u00f1\u00eda gallega <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceamsa.com\/es\/\">CEAMSA<\/a> y la startup catalana <a href=\"https:\/\/poseidona.eu\/\">Poseidona<\/a> han comunicado la formalizaci\u00f3n de un acuerdo para colaborar en la validaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y comercial de un nuevo ingrediente derivado de algas, con un<br \/>\ncontenido enriquecido en prote\u00ednas. Esta colaboraci\u00f3n es la primera que nace a partir de <a href=\"https:\/\/ceamboost.com\/es\/\">CEAMBOOST<\/a>, el programa de corporate venture lanzado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceamsa.com\/es\/\">CEAMSA<\/a> en 2025 para impulsar iniciativas emprendedoras con soluciones innovadoras de origen natural y una de las primeras incubadoras mundiales especializadas en ingredientes de este tipo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ingrediente, desarrollado por <a href=\"https:\/\/poseidona.eu\/\">Poseidona<\/a>, se obtiene a partir de algas y se caracteriza por una concentraci\u00f3n elevada de prote\u00ednas, lo que le confiere un doble potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n. Por un lado, abre la puerta a estudiar y validar beneficios funcionales vinculados al bienestar y, por otro, aporta propiedades tecnol\u00f3gicas de inter\u00e9s para la industria alimentaria, al contribuir a la textura y la organolepsia de los productos finales, facilitando as\u00ed el desarrollo de aplicaciones m\u00e1s saludables y sostenibles sin renunciar a la experiencia de consumo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso de incubaci\u00f3n, que se extender\u00e1 durante nueve meses y en el que participan equipos de ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas, estar\u00e1 centrado en reforzar la validaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfica y de aplicaci\u00f3n del ingrediente, as\u00ed como en analizar su encaje de mercado en entornos B2B.
